We have been involved in many large-scale projects over the last 30 years including but not limited to:

  • Informal Settlement Upgrading in Kenton-on-Sea and Alexandria in 2019 to 2024 (Transforming squatter camps/shacks into formal housing with Ndlambe Municipality)
  • Powerline Servitude of 66 KV line between Grahamstown and Alicedale
  • Powerline Survey of 66 KV line between Kariega and Whitney.
  • Powerline Survey of 132 KV line between Grahamstown and Port Alfred
  • Surveying of Servitude and Lease area diagrams for Innowind in Grahamstown between 2015 and 2017 (All diagrams were approved by the Surveyor-General: East London)
  • Planning and surveying of the Bushman Sands Golf Estate in Alicedale
  • Planning and surveying parts of the Tralee Estates in Port Alfred – secure estates
  • Planning and surveying of the Kings Heights Development in Grahamstown
  • Surveying of the Kariega Heights in Kenton-on-Sea
  • Planning and surveying of the Golden Mile Development in Cannon Rocks

A number of these projects have also involved planning areas for new settlements and upgrading land tenure.

STAFF HOUSING PROJECTS
In 2008 the firm built three 60 Sq.m. houses for indigent staff members with more than 15 years’ service at a cost of R 250 000.
