We often get approached by clients with farm disputes and servitudes which we pass onto M.E.H. Sulter & Son to handle the applications and survey. They have been assisting us for 5 years now and have always been of excellent professional service.
In this instance, we were approached by a Game farmer who wanted sections of our farms on the one side of the road. We approached M.E.H. Sulter for assistance and they handled the process from start to finish. The job entailed 6 subdivisions and 4 consolidations of complicated nature and also 10 servitudes ranging from pipelines to right of ways, to reservoirs and pumps. The job was handled in a professional manner.
M.E.H. Sulter & Son was approached to assist in rezoning the two portions of ground which involved applications to Blue Crane Route Municipality, DEDEAT and SANRAL. The process was handled very professionally and the ground was rezoned to Industrial. M.E.H. Sulter & Son was involved in assisting set out the Co-op and also assisted us with various right of way servitudes off the N10 road to access the Co-op.
